2.       Mike Bates, Chief Air Division, Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality letter to Michael Drake, Project Manager, City of North Little rock re: City’s application (Reduce Emissions from Diesels (Go RED!) Program, North Little Rock will receive $100,000 to retrofit 35 vehicles.
