    1.     Charlotte Thomas, Mayor’s Office, letter from James D. Ray, Chief Counsel US Department of Transportation letter (dated 1-19-07) to Mayor Hays re: support of the River of Trade Corridor proposal for the Corridors of the Future Program (CFP).

    2.     Charlotte Thomas, Mayor’s Office, letter from Mayor Hays (dated 11-10-06) to James D. Ray, Chief Counsel US Department of Transportation re: US Department of Transportation’s Corridors of the Future Program, voicing support of the Phase I application and encouraging conclusion of the ROTCC in Phase II application process.
