    1.       Graham W. Rich, CEO Central AR Water, letter to Mayor Hays and City Council, re: reappointment of Anthony Kendall to CAW Board of Commissioners.

    2.        Senator Blanche L. Lincoln, letter to Mayor Hays re: grant of $781,072.00 from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Community Development Block Grant Program.

    3.       Pulaski County Judge F. G. “Buddy” Villines, letter to Mayor Hays re: Fairfax Road - results of joint project. Project has created one road with two names (i.e. McCain Fairfax / McCain Street).
